Additional Info
This is quite an old build of Transmission based on GTK2 (that's what we have in the firmware, no external graphical libs used). Despite the age, it supports all vital aspects of Bittorrent protocol, including UDP trackers. The package was built with --enable-lightweight option to minimize memory footprint and CPU load. Recommended for classic Pandoras!

This PND was verified to work with ssh X session forwardiing. To use this feature, you should:
1. enable dropbear ssh startup on the pandora (start menu - settings - startup) and reboot
2. connect to your pandora from a remote PC: ssh -Y username@pandora.ip.address
3. start transmission inside the ssh session: pqr transmission

As a result, transmission PND will be started on your pandora with the GUI window on a remote PC screen.
Of course, the remote PC should have X server running (so linux or windows+cygwin or another pandora :)

v1.2.1.0
The new PND fixes a missing library issue of version 1.2, plus transmission is now started with "nice -n10" priority, meaning your Pandora remains responsive even during heavy downloads.

@nabz, maybe you could check if your problem is fixed, although I didn't specifically address it. You may also remove the appdata folder to reset all the settings, but I suppose you have already tried that.

v1.2.0.0
I have updated Transmission to v.2.52, the last one supporting GTK2. The new PND (1.2) will require new firmware version (1.62+) to run.

v1.1.1.0
@ dimag0g: I tried it again just now, it seems transmission allways creates a folder named after the torrent in root of SD Card 2, even if I chose another folder on SD Card 1 or 2. Seems like folder variable gets replaced somehow with default folder in the options dialogue. ( Continued->)

v1.1.1.0
It even scans the existing torrent parts ( If a stopped download of the same torrent is still on the SD ) from the standart folder, when in the torrent options dialogue after an other folder has been chosen.
