v1.6.1.1
Suggestions: include download URL to http://openpandora.org/firmware/pandora-rootfs.tar.bz2 in the installer, or possibly a download option. Fix: "If you don't have this file yet. Press Cancel and run the program" Can't press cancel, only "yes" or "no", which is not as descriptive

v1.5.0.1
The kernel goes on a FAT partition because early versions of the bootloader would not boot from an EXT partition.

v1.5.0.1
Question: Any reason the kernel is installed on the FAT partition and not on the BOOT partition? I always installed the kernel on the boot partition without a problem. autoboot.txt needs to be changed then from "fatload mmc 0:1 0x80300000 uImage" to "ext2load mmc 0:2 0x80300000 /boot/uImage"
