Description:
This package will install Mount-Menu, a semi-automatic mount-mechanism for both SDHC-card-slots of the Pandora. It can be configured to launch on card-insertion and can mount, unmount, do read-only checks and simple automatic repairs of filesystems. It was made to be an alternative method to the default, fully-automated mounting behaviour of UDEV. See Documentation for details.

Additional Info
!!! Remember that this is still in BETA-stage. Mounting/unmounting should be safe, but use the repair-function only if you got backups of your card or can stand loosing the data after trying everything else to recover them !!!

Changes in 0.2.0: Bug-fix -> Some filesystems like VFAT were mounted read-only for the user. Now you should have the PandoraOS-mount-behaviour by default and can specify mountoptions seperately for ext2,3,4 and vfat-filesystems. Checking/repairing NTFS-partitions is not supported but mounting/unmounting them works.

Note for lxde-users: The file-manager of LXDE "pcmanfm" automatically mounts removable media on insertion. I didn't find a way to disable this so far, except for preventing pcmanfm to be loaded at all.

SAFETY NOTE: Always backup your cards before trying to repair them!

As I didn't get any more feedback: I thought about what Qazza might have did. IMHO what happened was no bug in mount-menu. An external program does reparation. It TRIES to repair, but that can fail and make the card unreadable. Always backup your card (before doing a repair).

@QazzaQY2k: I'm very sorry to hear that. It's important to find out, what exactly caused this. Could please go to http://www.gp32x.com/board/index.php?/topic/59985-mountmenu-installer/ and describe as detailed as possible what you did and why you had to repair the cards at all.

Your welcome, streak.@zapman: Did you try to read the documentation? You can read it before starting the installation. If you still need more information, then I will try to answer any additional questions that arise.

Could you please add some info concerning the advantages of your software over the original UDEV procedures?
